Tax Time 2023

Dear valued clients,

Please kindly be advised that due to the current economic condition, we have updated our prices effective 1 July 2023. Updated prices can be found here . We have tried our best to keep the increase to be as minimal as possible.

We have now open up the booking slots for tax time. Please kindly note our opening hours during tax time is as follows:

Mon, Wed & Fri: 9.00 am – 5.00 pm
Tue & Thu: 9.00 am – 6:30 pm
Sat: 9.00 am – 3.30 pm
Sun & PH: Closed

Depending on your tax return type, last booking would be at least 30 minutes before closing time. Whilst walk-ins are welcomed, our accountants are usually booked during tax time, so appointments are highly recommended.

Please kindly be advised that our referral bonus program is suspended until further notice. However, if you are happy with our services, we would appreciate if you could leave us a review in our Google page.

Important announcement in relation to changes to office appointments due to COVID 19

At Elite Tax Solutions we put the health of our clients and staff first, so we are asking you support us in our efforts to ensure our office premise remains a safe and healthy environment for everyone.

For your and our health and safety, please kindly note the following changes in our office appointments due to COVID-19.

Please kindly book a phone appointment or change your office appointment to phone appointment / reschedule if :

  • You have any flu-like symptom (fever, sore throat, cough, runny nose, shortness of breath, etc);
  • You have contact with a confirmed COVID-19 case in the last 7 days;
  • You are awaiting test result for COVID-19; and
  • You have contact with a person awaiting test result for COVID-19

What you can do to help us stay COVID-safe:

  • Within your booking confirmation email, we have included an electronic link to our engagement letter, as much as possible, please access the link and fill in your details prior to your appointment
  • Please use the provided hand sanitiser upon entry to our office
  • When possible, bring your own pen to sign paperwork
  • If you are running late for your appointment, please ring ahead to ensure there is no crowding of waiting areas

What we have done to increase the safety of our office environment:

  • Increase our offering to include phone appointment
  • Increase frequency of cleaning of high touch area
  • Remove communal office refreshments and provide hand sanitiser in reception and all appointment rooms
  • Install sneeze-guards in our appointment rooms
  • Regularly sanitise communal office stationery
  • When possible, we have move our forms to electronic version
